Construction of the head office of the Mauritanian Electricity Company (SOMELEC) in Nouakchott, a modern office building in the heart of the capital.
D.I.D built the headquarters of SOMELEC, the Mauritanian Electricity Company.
This multi-storey office building, recognisable by its white facade accented by a central blue volume, houses the head-office departments of the national electricity utility in the very heart of Nouakchott.
